Facebook is one of the social websites who I have personally watched grow into what it is today. I joined facebook in 2004 when it was only available for college students. Over the years I have watched it make more changes and updates then any other social networking site. Now you can add all sorts of applications to your page and all ages are now welcome. I have friends ranging from the age of 7 to over 40 all around the united states. I use it to stay connected with old classmates and old friends. I also use it to network any business venture I am conducting at the time like party promotions.

Twitter is something very new to me. I’m still trying to get the gist of the whole thing. What I have observed so far is you can set a status and people can comment on whatever you just stated. Also you have people I guess in your network where you can follow them and they can follow you . I’m going to get more indeph with it and hopefully I will be able to use in a productive manner.

This is the ad I created by using Google AdWords. I am very impressed with Google until now I only utilize Google for its search engine. As I gain my driver license in my new media course I’m learning something new about Google everyday. I believe setting up an account and developing an ad campaign using Adwords is very self explanatory. The only difficulty I came across was my billing info to activate my account only because my credit card wasnt on hand.

As I’m checking my keyword performances I’m noticing I used a lot of highly popular words that I’m seeing is becoming very costly. For some reason I chose music as one of my keywords and that’s really the most expensive one I have.

After reading the blog about digital P.R. I was able to make a connection between the blogs purpose and the purpose of my blog and my current delimma. Faster then society is becoming aware everything is becoming digital. The growth of the digital world is growing faster then the industry can keep up.
